Presentation Cleaning was born.
Ken was cleaning for the realtors & stagers of Coldwell Banker, learning how to "present" homes for sale. It was a perfect blend of Ken's eye for detail and Teresa's flare for design. We helped many homeowners sell their homes faster & at higher prices over the years as a result. That's when we made the connection. 'What if we could do this for homeowners every visit as our niche to give them peace of mind?' It could give homeowners their Sundays back and remove the dirt & clutter from their home. This idea took root and the Carfagno Cleaning Signature of "Presentation Cleaning" spread around the Capital District of New York.
It works for small offices too.
Some of our house cleaning clients started recommending us to small offices to duplicate our model. Many janitorial services do basic maintenance and did not have our background, detail & training. We were able to upgrade the "first impression" of each office to impress their clients & staff.
We got our time back.
Ken became the Presentation Cleaning Specialist as Teresa stayed home to homeschool & raise the kids. We didn't hire, choosing to fully serve a limited number of clients as a solo cleaning company. This strategy paid off and allowed us to enjoy the time we wanted as we provided a valuable service to a niche in our community.
